(AM)<\/strong>, um dos maiores eventos gastron\u00f4micos da Amaz\u00f4nia que \u00e9 promovido pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Bares e Restaurantes do Amazonas.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"660\">O Evento que teve sua primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o em 2015, busca fazer um interc\u00e2mbio entre as \u201cAmaz\u00f4nias\u201d brasileira e internacional, promovendo a gastronomia, a cultura, o turismo e os ingredientes de toda a nossa regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"1165\">Este ano teremos chefs e palestrantes internacionais da Bol\u00edvia e do Equador, do Mato Grosso, mas tamb\u00e9m de S\u00e3o Paulo, Espanha, al\u00e9m das estrelas de Manaus, os chefs <strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"845\">Hiroya Takano<\/strong> (restaurante Shin Suzuran) e <strong data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"889\">Selma Reis<\/strong> (pesquisa de pratos regionais).<br data-start=\"921\"
